Midcurrent may collect basic contact information that you provide through the website enquiry form, such as your name, email address, phone number and brief message. Please do not submit urgent, highly sensitive or detailed clinical information through the website.
Appointment booking, payment, intake and consent processes are managed through Splose. Additional information may be collected when reasonably required to provide counselling or mental health support navigation.
Confidentiality and Disclosure
Your privacy is a priority. Information shared in counselling is treated as confidential. Information will not be shared without consent unless disclosure is required or permitted by law. Wherever appropriate and possible, I will discuss a necessary disclosure with you beforehand.
Data Security
Midcurrent takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Counselling records, booking information and intake documentation are managed through the systems used by the practice.
